Hi. I’m David Todd, a qualified CBT therapist based in Glasgow’s Southside.
With backgrounds in CBT therapy, coaching and personal training I work together with clients experiencing all sorts of challenges to get them the best outcome possible.

While Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is my primary therapy style, I like to adopt a holistic approach to therapy to give the best experience for each person. As always, the client comes first.
