Counselling

We provide a secure, confidential environment and a collaborative therapeutic approach to support our clients through their challenges, troubles and trauma.

Our primary style is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based talk therapy that is regularly shown to improve mental health and happiness.

This approach helps people identify and change destructive or disturbing thought patterns that influence their behavior and emotions.

CBT is often used to address issues such as:

– Anxiety, depression, and stress.
– Resolving relationship issues, improving self-esteem.
– Managing anger, grief, or trauma.
– Work-related problems.

We now also offer both remote online and in-home counselling services within the Greater Glasgow area.

Coaching

Coaching is a guided process to facilitate individuals in achieving their personal or professional goals.

Where counselling can help investigate the root cause of issues, coaching can facilitate self-discovery, develop new competencies and resources and build on your potential with goal-oriented solutions.

How we can help

We work with clients on all sorts of challenges – some common examples are:

Fees

Designed to suit you, choose between individual sessions or a block booking of six sessions to take advantage of a discounted price.

Sessions are scheduled for 50 minutes – 1 hour to allow the maximum amount of engagement between client and therapist.

Some clients need longer sessions for complex problems which we’re happy to accommodate up to 90 minutes.

It’s all about you getting the most from of your sessions.

Our fees are reviewed each quarter to ensure we’re accounting for our clients’ financial circumstances while also providing quality mental healthcare.

Individual Sessions

£45 for 50 minute session

£60 for 90 minute session

Block Sessions

£240 for 6 sessions
(Price is reduced for booking 6 sessions in advance)

Booking and Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel a session.
We understand things can come up so the earlier we know, the more likely we are to be able to provide the session to someone else in need.

Please give us at least 24 hours notice of cancellation or the full fee for the session will still be charged.

If a client arrives late for an appointment, we still have to finish at the pre-arranged time as to not impact our other clients.
